After the first images (supposed to be official) of the 2010 Mazda3 (concept version), Infomotori revealed new renderings of the future model. The concept version will be revealed at this year’s Paris Auto SHow, while the product version will follow in 2009.
We announced last week that Mazda is working on the next generation Mazda3 that will go on sale towards the end of 2009. A first concept version will be revealed this autumn at the Paris Auto Show and here are the first images of the concept.
The future Mazda3 will feature a more distinctive look inspired by the newly launched Mazda 2 and Mazda 6. It will feature large headlamps, angled tail-lights and a sporty profile. It will be offered in both sedan and hatchback versions. Engine will be changed also: Mazda will place new 2.0 and 2.5-litre engines and a six-speed box giving plenty of pace.
Mazda is preparing the renaissance for its Ford Focus competitor: the new Mazda 3 that will go on sale towards the end of 2009.
